What's the point of the AI strategy call?

An AI strategy call maps your business — your operations, current stack, and workflows — to answer two things: where AI can save you time and cut costs, and whether your tools are actually ready for AI to sit on top of them. You get the quick wins, the long-term opportunities, and a clear read on what needs to be integration-ready first.

Will I be locked into one way of working?

Never. I always pinpoint the path that brings the highest return for your business — built for you or built with you — and move between them as your needs change. On tooling it's the same principle: I pick custom builds or off-the-shelf SaaS per what actually serves you, not dogma. The goal is AI working in your business, on terms that fit you — not lock-in.
